I always used the same procedure to prepare "akki roti" n it tastes yummy with plain coconut chutney. Its famous dish here in Karnataka. But I never thought of making either vada or appe with the same dough.

I tried it today for breakfast. Really good and tasty. I added to much liquid but I added rice rava to mix it and it fixed the problem. Really good recipe
