Today's recipe is chocolate cake. A key addition is the combination of chocolate and cherries. The chocolate provides a sweet taste, and the cherries have a slightly sour taste, which results in a juicy and refreshing cake that melts in your mouth.

Ingredients:
270g chocolate (optional - dark or milk)
200 ml whipping cream
4 eggs
30g sugar
6g flour
200g cherries
100g chocolate
How to make:
1. Chop 270g chocolate. Pour warm water into a separate container and place a container with chopped chocolate over it. Stir until the chocolate melts.
2. Keep the container with warm water under the container with the cake mixture at all times.
3. When the chocolate melts in 2-3 parts, add 200ml of cream, mixing well each time.
4. Mix 4 whole eggs with 30g sugar.
5. Add the egg mixture in 3-4 parts to the container with chocolate and mix well each time.
6. Add 6g flour and mix well to remove flour lumps.
7. Add 200g cherries and gently mix for a few seconds.
8. Line a 28cm mold with baking paper. Pour the mixture into the mold.
9. Bake in the oven at 180° for 18 - 20 minutes (or longer, depending on the oven). It is necessary for the cake to be completely baked in the middle.
10. When baked, remove from the oven and leave to cool at room temperature.
11. When it cools down, pour over 100g melted chocolate.
12. Cool in the fridge overnight or for a minimum of 6 hours.
It is recommended to eat the cake only when it is completely cooled.
