I almost couldn't believe it but whoever is getting people for this show does a fantastic job of matching energies really well! It's almost more fun to just guess which guest is the MVP of the night and then watch it and see.

Starting Bert off with Will Smith was a little easter egg from the producers because, believe it or not, Bert actually was discovered by Will Smith…his production company offered him a sitcom deal when Bert was only a few months into his stand-up career…it was basically Bert’s first big break in show busines. And I’m absolutely shocked that Bert didn’t interrupt the game to say that because he usually never misses an opportunity to let people know about it 🤣

It's the "team play" portion. They have a few games where the incentives are a bit perverse. Thankfully there are literally no stakes and the show is mostly scripted, so the guests *generally* don't care about winning

I'm actually pleasantly surprised. My expectations were rock bottom and honestly was debating even watching this episode. He's way smarter and funnier when he's not surrounded by a bunch of jackasses.
