And your claim :"You've proven that you need to get a life" is really funny coming from your 2 subscribers YT trolling account showing you are the one having no life (and no one interested in your work) and no videos uploaded showing you are all talk no proof of your deeds :-). Watch my uploaded videos on my channel and my bio in the "about" section of my channel, do better and then you can start thrash talking.

Look, you either hate crossfit or enjoy being an ass because there is absolutely no reason to go all out against crossfit unless you really hate it/crossfit people. It's your opinion: no one can talk you out of it unless you decide to, and you obviously have met really obnoxious crossfit fan boys who claim it's the greatest thing in the world but, like I said before, it's their own opinion, just like yours. So, unless you're aiming for a higher goal with your comment than just attract crossfit lovers and throw insulting comments at each other, prepare yourself for the latter because you are not proving yourself right - neither are the crossfit fan boys. Maybe if you looked at the bright side of crossfit and the benefits that come along with it and meet comitted crossfit athletes who don't brag about it whatsoever, your thinking might be slightly different.
