I am into ecommerce, I make average 170k a year and as soon as I bought my first house 5 years ago everyone starts talking to me. I don't have many friend or relatives that actually talk to me, but when i became rich they all wanna hang out and crash over... friends and family showed their true colors. I hate it, people u grew up with and all those memories together ends suddenly when u add extra digit zeroes in ur bank account... the worst thing i spent was a home that end up having termites and me losing $60k to get it up back for sale. Then jus when i decided to turn things around and invest in stocks, I end up losing more than half of my stock value and went to danger mode i had to sell alot of my stuff that i never really needed but it was a want. My $3k projector, $24k car, my $3k tv, expensive furnitures, etc. Then 2 years later i got my feet back up again and made new real friends n family, i accepted back some family who i had to kick out of my circle cus family is family regardless if they want to use u i helped them a little and eventually they stopped bothering me. Except a few, the og, the annoying old people! Oh well, life is rough but if u keep pushing hard and pick urself up u can always be successful and learn mistakes. I mean we are human! We all desire stuff at one point in our life but regret it, it's the vibe of finally owning it that is fun but that dies as soon as u realized ur mistake. Oh well, it was a fun youth haha. Now im 27 and damn i kinda expected that to happen when i first started my business. So im saying is, maybe it's a good thing people show their true self when u become rich. Because now u dnt have to live life with fake people. It sucks but it will happen. My advice is, don't tell anybody ur wealth value and dnt buy big house unless ur confident with a backup.

Ima a CPA and I lease most of my cars! all the maintenance is paid for which can be ridiculously expensive! but anyway, a car is the dumbest thing you can waste your money on outright. not to mention when you purchase a car for instance that costs $250,000. instead of leasing that car and putting down maybe $25,000. you end up take the $250,000 and tie-ing up all that money in an asset that is going to lose money every single mile you drive it. never purchase a car. always lease them and take the money (assuming you have it) and invest that money. why not do both? why just buy a car? these rappers just care about what other people think of them. professional athletes make WAY more money than these rappers and do you see these athletes acting as bad as the rappers? they are bad but not as bad!
