While at a store, a young couple was sifting through a few affordable shoes for the girl while a wealthy woman checked out the most luxurious ones. Suddenly, the latter's wallet fell on the floor, prompting the girl to nudge her boyfriend to pick it up discreetly. As soon as he did, the woman showed up, leaving him with no option but to return it. Grateful, she acknowledged his assistance and offered to help in case they needed it, which he declined. His girlfriend, however, harboring dreams of opulence, seized the opportunity to ask for a pair of very expensive shoes. Since he couldn't afford them, he reluctantly went to the wealthy woman for help. Not only did she purchase the shoes, but she also whispered something in his ear, introducing him to a truth that would alter his perspective and life…

Perhaps he thought that to love was to please his partner even though that implied that he was not pleasing himself. That is, he is not respecting himself. Mike was blind to not be able to see through his gf as a psychological manipulator and materialistic person. Love needs to be mutual. Charlotte was trying to help him realize it, that Mia doesn't deserve him at all. This could have a part 2.

Part 2 - Mike chooses Charlotte, but oh my, Charlotte was using him too, as she already has a boyfriend (or husband). She’s too beautiful and rich to be single. Mike then meets a simple girl, not rich or pretty, but loves and treats him right ❤️

There should be CCTV in the store. Charlotte just wanted to have some fun with Mike by giving him her card in the pretext of thanking him. The way she looks at him says it all. She didn't even bother to ask his name nothing... moreover it's not like he found her wallet on the street and brought her back, in that case it would be more relevant to thank him!
