Constant starvation and irregular meal that is what causes the girl to get sick. Food is a basic need. Kindly provide them Sir John nutritious food that they needed it does not have to be that expensive, as long as it give them the immediate nutrients that our body needs. Hoping that the little girl will recover soon completely. Leukemia is a serious illness. Maybe it was for this reason that you come acroos each other path. God is really great. Thank you Sir John.
