30g sugar
30g vegetable oil
30g hot water
35g cake flour
5g matcha
4 egg white
50g sugar
■Matcha milk cream
8g matcha
40g sweetened condensed milk
200ml heavy cream
6 strawberries

I use a jelly roll tray which is slightly larger, so I adjusted the recipe for about 16% more. I made a white chocolate buttercream filling, also made some red bean paste, instead of your milk cream (I did not buy condensed milk). Comes out great, will make again. Thanks for your great recipe. PS. It's not strawberries season right now in California, maybe another month or two.

ほうじ茶パウダーに置き換えて作ってみました✨ 太白ごま油はサラダ油で。クッキングシートを切らしてたので、マトファーやラップを使って何とか完成しました💦 天板が大きかったのか、クリームに対して生地が大きかったので少しカットしてサイズ調整しました。やはり表面が剥がれてしまって綺麗な見た目とは言えませんが、お味はとても美味しく、生地の口溶けも良かったです。家族にお店のみたいと言ってもらえました✨ 次作る時はもう少し甘さ控えめでもいいかな…？コツなどは書いていないので、初心者さんよりも、ある程度お菓子作りに慣れている方向けの動画かもしれませんね💦
