its not the poor girls fault its the rich one i know the rich one has her own problems but if the rich one would of explained her problem like the poor one explained hers they would of been able to to help each other she the poor one was just saying to help her make some decisions or help out with a few stuff but she was to busy trying to solve the prob by herself so the poor one on the other hand is thinking that she is just being lazy and glued to the phone which is not true she was dealing with something that she didn't tell her sister about and at the end she decides to explain her problem its really the rich girls fault tho maybe watch the video a couple more times to see carefully and get the full information before saying things about the poor girl when its the rich girls fault for not explaining her problems.
