No. He's a horse for a course. Only 2 wins have been at Churchill. Got beat like 15 lengths by this Epicenter on another dirt track. That's why he was 80-1. They started avoiding dirt tracks. Ran him on all weather surfaces (synthetic.) They knew he had a chance on Churchill dirt. Threw everybody off by avoiding dirt.

Horse, trainer AND rider🤩...I know the trainer ..not just know "of" him...I pulled for him totally!...my kids' dad was a Veterinarian and used to treat his horses..(my kids'dad died 11 yrs ago)... he's a good guy!!...that race was SO amazing 🤩🤩🤩🤩

It is a great story you will have some cynical statements by some but I don't know perhaps they are just that way or the bet alot & lost,agree will make a great movie.

The fire was started by lightning. They managed to save a few, but the fire was too intense. They got as many out as they could, yet I believe 23 or 24 perished in the barn fire. A lot of us in the racing community remember this horrible event. The most terrible fact of all is that it took firefighters almost 40 minutes to arrive. If they had arrived sooner, more horses could have been saved.
