I wish Richard were "asleep within my tender grasp". I would "supine to his every whim" in a heartbeat!! That voice with all his other attributes, icing on my cake.........as I melt to his words.......

I looked, didn't see the full program, just clips. Is it usual for BBC to not release a radio drama for sale? I'd buy it if they had it!

Is there any way to listen to this entire radio drama somewhere? I tried to buy it, download it, find it on youtube, etc..I went to the fansite for Richard, and they only had clips...

+Sarah Price I have had a monthly membership with audible.com for years...it costs $14.95 a month. This entitles me to 1 book a month. I listen every night coz I don't sleep well. You won't find the full recording of this version of "Clarissa" anywhere except on richardarmitagecentral.co.uk or richardarmitagenet.com

+Kathryn Gaul I was referring to digital audio books generally, not specifically Audible. You're right, it is a good deal. .. but I really have no desire to listen to Clarissa, so I'm going to have to root around a bit, get together a list of good narrators and books before I join. I mean hey, I loved Hamlet, a novel.

It's great...of course!....Richard is one of the best readers I've ever heard and I've heard a lot in the past few years. Yes, audio books are rather expensive so I'm glad I found audible.com about 6 or 7 years ago
