I'm so glad Richard did his homework and genuinely admires Tolkien as an author and person. He deserves the role of Thorin and continues to do it justice.

I love this man. He is a complete character. Talented, smart, cultured, handsome, has charisma and a voice that thrills me. A man who does not like to expose and there is so much which deserves attention. I enjoy to see him, hear and follow all of it.

His sense of humor is so gentle, it just makes me want to smile till my face splits in half. And the way he is obviously so bashful about his sex appeal is simply irresistible!

I am so glad that finally everyone in the media will realize the precious gem of an actor Richard Armitage is. There is no arguing that lately the average actor/actress barely can act. On the other hand to see such a great actor like Richard being pushed aside for them is actually very frustrating. But finally... finally he is getting the fame he deserves for his acting. Congratulations Richard Armitage :)

There's no other words that cause such tension as Jesus, Christ or Christianity, especially in Hollywood, that for him to even bring it up, much less in a positive light as "nobility expressed in kindness and mercy", it shows to me he's not afraid to express what he feels even if it means going against Hollywood expectations.

I understood what you meant. :) I think it's part of the fact that he's an actor and wants to be seen as such but also the fact that his humbleness makes him uncomfortable at the sex symbol status. I think he is adorable and very well informed.

Yeah, it's going to be pretty grueling for him. I agree about the fan vid. That Speedo part still makes *me* blush every time. LOL. Nothing against fan vids, though. A lot of them, especially RA character fanvids (which I prefer), are well-crafted and fun to watch.
