Who can forget Richard Chamberlain as the eponymous Dr. Kildare, Fr. Ralph in The Thorn Birds or as Blackthorn in Shogun? We might know him for his marvellous acting as 'The King of the '80s Mini-series', but what of his superb theatre work, painting, singing and writing?
Richard Chamberlain wrote and published his memoir SHATTERED LOVE in 2003. In 2020, he has re-read his memoir and joins author and singer Miriam, host of WRITER'S BLOCK, to discuss this and his incredible acting career.

WRITER'S BLOCK has returned from a winter break and checking in on this video I am delighted with the positive comments. WRITER'S BLOCK is a meeting of authors, singers, actors and artistic minds, from professionals over many years (myself 30 years a professional singer and more recently author) of all ages and levels of success. It's not a Q&A nor an inquisition, but a place to celebrate how we as professionals have been affected by, approach enjoy and value texts, be that film, biographies, painting, fiction, songs or poems.
