How prophetic when Richard talks about knife crime I watched him last night at Manchester and walking back to the train station we followed a massive trail of blood someone had been stabbed it really affected me as I had just had this wonderful experience of watching Richard play then seeing the nasty reality of violence

A very thought provoking interview, Richard's world view really resonates with mine. Successive governments have turned this country into the world largest Aircraft carrier; charging a peppercorn fee for the likes of China, the USA and India to land. Will the last person to leave turn Richard's amp up please? :-)

As usual we're behind everything at the arse of the world, but let me tell you, I've listened to Leave your body behind you on PBS FM, here in Melbourne yesterday, which brought me to this video. I just decided to get my hands ona vinyl copy of Standing At The Skye's Edge. When you mentioned The Electric Prunes I wanted it even more.

Pretty scary that Richard spoke about knife crime and the state of government and then the realisation that this clip was uploaded 8 years ago sets in. Things remain the same. Plus, we have this covid shite.
