I've always said that when the history of this case is told, the trial judge, Justice Afua Serwa Asare Botwe, will come in for a lot of praise. Her fairness, firmness and her grasp of the issues and the law, and the articulation of same is so admirable. So also is the Director for Public Prosecution. Meanwhile, Jakpa and his NDC and their shenanigans and criminal tactics are unfolding gor all to see. For every bad boy, there's a stubborn girl, so is it that for every Jakpa, there's a Justice Asare Botwe. 31st July, judgement day, we shall find out whether Richard Jakpa, Sammy Gyamfi and NDC, who is the deceived and the deceiver and who is being deceived. @@Loveforfamily_5050 I don't believe the guy, I am following the case. What is in that case that make sense to you? If is the money, why did he the AG refused the plea bargain from Big C? Does it make sense. Npp government is begging for $ 2 millions from IMF, yet someone want to pay back 2.3 million Euros u said no I want someone to be jail.
