As soon as all four came up, I knew right away it was San Diego. As a Canadian, I've never been to any of these places myself, but I've looked at several maps of the USA, and San Diego is the only one of these four that's on the border with Mexico.

I almost said A:, but I knew San Antonio was too obvious, which is why I said D: San Diego. Sometimes when you get higher up the ladder, the obvious answer you see, is almost never correct. That time, it was not.
