Ukraine was progressing, slowly, but surely, citizens were becoming established and enjoyed certain advantages, such as, considerably lower gas rates by which the nation as a whole would prosper. Ukraine wished to continue trade with Russia, its natural trading partner, while the USA wanted it to switch to European suppliers with higher costs, creating an impossible situation, setting it back. Residents were content, but foreign-funded agitators sowed discord and the president of the USA told the then president of Ukraine to step down, opening the way for their puppet Zelensky. Voters took the bait. They wished free speech at the same level and their lives to be like that in western nations. (With thousands of homeless living on the streets in each city? With comments that do not support the narrative deleted)? Once Zelensky assumed office he did the _opposite_ of what he promised and what citizens had in mind when they voted for him. He also employed _conflict_ to justify turning Ukraine into his personal dictatorship. In an effort to offset the perception that he has inveigled himself into the Nazi faction he dresses like Castro. Citizens did not vote for Zelensky to set up the nation so that the land would be depleted off Ukrainians and so that their children would be sent into the meat grinder. ¹³ Should Zelensky’s operation be successful, Ukraine is to be transformed into a nation of tenants struggling with financial Ponzi by placing a halt on the further use of land, along with other barriers, causing home prices to skyrocket beyond reach, adopting a process that proved effective in Australia and Canada, with rent at absurd levels extorted from residents and shunted directly into the pockets of the chosen few. The aggregate of rental income dwarfs revenue from taxation accruing to government. This concentration of funds into a few hands enables acquisition of remaining assets. Ukrainians that realize their children cannot become established do not raise families. Their reward following a lifetime of hard work is to die homeless on the street. Massive immigration maintains population levels. The economy will function like one gigantic enterprise in which the lifetime earnings of residents are exacted through rent with tenancies replenished from nations worldwide while its native sons vanish into oblivion. Ukraine will be populated by others that are strangers to this land and not by the heirs of those that are fighting and dying. ¹² _Dairy farming_ and _beekeeping_ are significant endeavours in Ukraine. Prior to the Balfour declaration, Ukraine and Syria were cited for dismemberment. Ukraine _a land of milk and honey_ was the promised land. Syria should be destroyed so that it ceases to exist as a nation in order to acquire legitimate title, in a reverse takeover. A former world leader knew that a land of milk and honey was not a sliver of arid sand and decided that Ukraine should be _lebensraum_ for the 1000-years-Reich. _The plenty of game and fish, the innumerable bee-hives, deposited in the hollows of old trees and in the cavities of rocks, and forming even in that rude age a valuable branch of commerce, the size of the cattle, the temperature of the air, the aptness of the soil for every species of grain, and the luxuriancy of the vegetation..._ (A.D. 244 during the reign of Emperor Philip).

An amendation on the front of Italy is due: I am from Italy. Unfortunately, the new government in Italy is on board with NATO, USA, and almost all the rest of Europe in this war against Russia. Notwithstanding what said during the election campaign, there is no discontinuity with the position of the previous government of Mario Draghi, which was very servant to the prescriptions of Washington (for the honor of thruth, Draghi made a shy attempt to follow the interests of Italy, but was sent a warning and had to recalibrate). In fact, there are serious reasons (like never explained meetings between USA agents and influent Italian politicians happened in airpoirts, snapped by cellular phones of alerted citizens, and the correlations between bank accounts rising of these politicians) to believe that USA secret services have acted for obtaining the fall of the previous government of Conte, which could have made Italy a less reliable ally in this war. In fact, the fall of Conte's government happened few months after the election of Biden. The plan to change the government in Italy, and all the corruption behind it, had been designed before the elections of Biden and even the corruption of Italian politicians (essentially traitors of the Italian republic) with USA dollars often triangulated through Arabia had been prepared in advance. I guess it was a dossier that Biden decide to pick up (or maybe re-open) the day after his election.

We made a complete "cock-up" of Iraq and Afghanistan ,Libya ,Syria and many other US instigate conflicts that resulted in 6 million innocent dead and the displacement of another near 40 million creating a refugee crisisof biblical proportions because our reasons for starting and supporting these US conflicts were wrong and motivated by greed . We are in the same boat in Ukraine even.more so but the consequences of not recognising this, not just for Ukraine but for the rest of the world are so much more devastating . Let's Be Clear: If WW3 Happens It Will Be The Result Of Choices Made By The US "The commander of the US nuclear arsenal has stated unequivocally that the war in Ukraine is a warmup exercise for a much larger conflict that's already in the mail." Peace has to have political capital greater than war which sadly is not the case at present . Gorbachev's action were entirely predicated on that concept but the US miltary complex saw peace diluting their profits so upped the anti and went for even greater confrontation that turned Gorbachev's , action designed for peace, into greater profit. THATS IS WHY WE ARE WHERE ARE ARE NOW ON THE BRINK OF WW3

You are absolutely correct! But because I acknowledge and dislike the "cock-up" that America has made I also have to object to Putin's "cock-up" in Ukraine snd China's financial support of it. I object to all the other fascist states and undemocratic governments led by authoritarian syrongmen who flock to China and Putin's aid...they will reap exactly what they sow, heavy handed and undemocratic leaders who are power junkies. Russia is not going to reconstitute the Soviet hegemony without a whimper from the breakaway states that don't want to be Russian client states now. Ukraine is fighting back. Indeed this might be the early beginnings of WWIII but it isn't a fight between capitalism and socialism. It's a fight between fascist dictatorships and a few who prefer democracy, preferably wedded to socialism. We have to get rid of fascism and capitalism but preserve democracy. I won't throw that baby out with the bathwater. What kind of alliance unites the most extreme right in the United States, the acknowledged fascist government in Hungary, Iran's repressive theocracy, the absolute monarchy of Saudi Arabia and authoritarians like Xi and Putin ? Ugh! If that what the new left wants count me out. I want socialism, for sure. I've wanted a better break for working people for a long time. But without rights and democracy all you get is a different person abusing you. You get a religious zealot, a fascist, or a dictator and/or a state led by a strongman whom you had better praise and never, ever disagree or you will pay for it harshly. You are half right but drew the wrong conclusions. Rethink!

China trade plays a big part. US has de-industrialised itself and Europe has not. China imports most machinery from Europe for its infrastructure and development, been doing so in the past 30 years. They are not cheaper but higher quality and more advanced. China gets most of its technology transfers from Europe. Volkswagen and Peugeot began production in Chinese factories from the mid 90s. Today all regular German brands except Porsche have factories in China. Chinese now buy 3 times more Audi and Mercedes than Americans. Siemens supplies all sorts of electricity generation machines. BASF invested 10 billion EURO for s new factory in China. Belt and Road provides big potential for continuous cooperation in new projects with China or Chinese companies. US companies are also ubiquitous in China but mainly consumer products-Apple, Nike, Coca Cola, Gillette, Colgate, Mars, Tesla, GM, Starbucks, KFC, Haagen Dazs…and China buys lots of US soybean and corn. Weakening the European economy will force changes. Some German companies are increasing investments in China. Some, such as car companies might have to move some productions to the US. The US economy and the empire are in decline, their strategy is to get other countries to decline along with them or worse. It’s the same idea with Huawei or the chip war. In fact they did that to Japan in the 80s what they are doing to Germany, just different tactics. The US also halted the EU-China Trade Agreement before Trump left office with BS human rights fake news stories. Other than LNG, Wall Street bankers also majority control the biggest coal company in Germany as well as nuclear power plants in France. They didn’t blow up the pipelines on a whim. Nuland and Biden premeditated before Russia attacked, “If Russia attacks, no more pipelines!” They predicted both the attack and blowing up the pipelines. According to Senator Black, US sent heavy arms and prep Ukraine for a major massacre of Russian ethnic residents in the Donbass in late 2021, forcing Putin to response by crossing the boarder to relieve its people.

When I started listening to Dr Wolf’s lectures he was talking about applying economic principles with an open mind. I liked those lectures. Now he lectures on political doctrines with a touch of economic twist. By his logic we can argue that prewar Germany was an economic miracle until the misdirected capitalist colonial imperialists from across the Atlantic intervened. These are rabbit hole theories.

*Conflict increases demand for and strengthens the USA dollar.* The dollar projected to collapse was forestalled by COVID with quantitative easing and stimulus checks¹ a thinly veiled printing of money. The _petro_ dollar is the obverse face of _conflict_ currency. Defense spending² evokes confidence and primes the economy. Western nations _need_ this war. Much has been made of the size of Russia's GDP. That is irrelevant if it does not have to import goods from western nations. These nations frantically exchanging financial paper seem-to-be-seen to be surging ahead, but _are_ they? Or, are they just producing inflated numbers that provide an illusion of prosperity? Sanctions are having an effect similar to tariffs with capital now being invested internally instead of abroad. _Vkusno & Tochka_ are doing brisk business. There is little point in adding to the consumer goods fray in a market saturated with gadgets that is past the peak of the curve and is in decline. Both the USA and Russia import these kinds of items from China. The former with the petro dollar and the latter with money from petroleum sales, each by presenting a different rendition of the same petro coin. It makes little sense for Russia with its vast territory that is sparsely populated to emulate overcrowded nations with few resources. In the final analysis, a nation needs _real_ material and _real_ food. Deliberately simulating densely populated conditions by holding land in short supply-as practiced in Canada-causes housing prices to skyrocket beyond reach in an unregulated financial market creating a cancerous tumor-like distortion of the economy. Russia has enormous resources and does not have to engage in monetary _Ponzi_ or to implement _Agenda 21_ in order to survive. Being a gas station, lumber yard, steel mill and granary may very well be the way forward. ¹ Quantitative easing and stimulus spending keep western nations afloat. A continuous transfusion delays death of the patient. ² Arms sales are a vital constituent of economic activity. Superior field performance of weaponry attracts new customers. This war will not end anytime soon. ³ Reserves are already depleted should Russia demand gold from western nations in payment for petroleum. ¹³ Russia’s debt: $300 billion. USA debt: $30 trillion (i.e., $30,000 billion) or one hundred times that of Russia.

The EU can easily turn things around by talking with Russia without the US, The EU can invite Russia and Ukraine to the single market and the customs union, in this way Russia will have no fear of Nato and will not need to be part of Nato, as both countries will be in the free movement of goods and people nationalism will be out of the window, Can the EU stand up to its own interest? Can the EU ignore the US?

So many of the Putin supporters are undemocratic countries, fascist countries or run by strongmen. This coalition strikes me as being excessively threatening to people like me who speak out when the politicians get it all wrong. Would any of you enjoy being a working class person in Iran, Russia, China or India? I sure as hell would not! I'm looking for something else. I want a socialist country wedded to the principles of democracy with the guarantees of the First Amendment to our Constitution. I want a country led by an official who isn't an authrititarian, imperialistic, fascist or simply pretending to be a person of and for the people, but who really is just seeking unlimited power. I won't settle for less. It will fail. If there is a choice between knuckling under to someone like Putin to get fossil fuels or actually suffering but converting to renewables abruptly because if an unjust war, I personally would rather suffer. How can I say that? I already live in a cold apartmentnbecause zi can't afford heat, ration hot showers and laundry. I sweat in hot summers in a hot climate. I'm poor now. I don't have the luxuries many have. My meals are rationed too. My rent is eating up my budget leaving me little to eat. Putin has got to be stopped and so do fascists like Hungary's nasty leader and others in that coalition of thugs. Do not tell me how I should be sorry that Hungary and Iran have joined Turketys strongman, to support Putin, Russia's strongman and others of their kind. I expect those sorts of leaders to band together. But that style of ledershi isn't for me. Neither is the capitalism that I suffer under right now. I want something much better based on the high principles of democracy with guaranteed rights to dissent and to congregate and to organize. I want press freedom and speech freedom too. I don't want less!

Is a win for "Historical Russia" and Russian Imperialism desirable? Putin's "Historical Russia". No nation that was once part of the Soviet Empire can ever again be independent. Do you think that policy will sell in Poland? It is not selling in Ukraine. I believe the EU was trying to avoid the Russian shaft.

I dont know what you think Germany could do about it. Russia was going to cut off Europe if Europe didnt disband EU and Nato, and Germany is never leaving Nato or the EU. Also American LNG is not 300% higher than Russian NG, Richard is lying here. Its about 40% more.

Try to read various sources. Your angle of view is really limited. Russia don't care about EU, but ask not to expand NATO further to Russian borders. Do you really believe that Russia is going concur the World? It's just scary fairytale told by news, because they want to be afraid of Russia and shoot yourself in the foot, send more money and weapons. US make EU weaker and weaker using this conflict.
