Goma At Home: My Homemade Shoyu Ramen

2 жыл бұрынI love eating authentic Japanese Ramen. Sadly, my favorite Ramen place is all the way in Manila. So for this Sunday, I am making my own version of Shoyu Ramen here at Goma At Home.
The ingredients are
Marca Piña Soy Sauce
Chicken Feet
Pork Liempo
Onions
Kombu
Mirin
Sake
Garlic
Eggs
Pork Fat
Scallions
Onion Leeks
Fish Cake
Ramen Noodles
Nori

I love watching him eat the finish products sarap na sarap siya. I tried some of his recipes ( menudo, chicken and mushroom ,etc) sooo good and easy to follow. I look forward to his weekly episodes.

Super favorite ko po ito! Sobrang sarap kasi. Nameet ko po kayo sa taping nyo sa isang teleserye with Mr. Dingdong Dantes back in 2007. It was in my office, so I get to see you several times. You are so humble and kind to your staff. And you're so approachable. Such a gentle & kind hearted person. God bless you po. :)

every time I watch ng vlog ni sir goma para talaga ako nasa culinary school yung parang siya yung professor ko tapos ako yung students nya hahaha nakakadala kasi yung outdoor kitchen nya lalakasan ko lang yung volume ng smart TV tapos para feel mo yung pag sunod ng instructions nya kung pano iluto hahahah ang saya dali kasi sundan ng mga procedure nya!🥰

Im here in UAE po. Favorite soy sauce ko po talaga ang Marca Piña lalo na sa adobo at sawsawan. Mas flavorful po sya compare sa ibang soy sauce na tila puro food coloring lang at artificial. I love Goma lalo na sa pagluluto hehe mas gusto ko syang mag cooking show kesa maging politician✌️✌️ kahit mag isa lang sya kayang kaya nia i handle ang show❤️❤️❤️

What I love about Richard’s cooking is use of natural ingredients kahit may mga additives. Even the broth is done from the scratch.

Kudos to you Goma for showing your version of Shoyu Ramen. You are right, there are so many steps in doing this and many variations of cooking this, that is why for me, ramen is one dish that I am just going to enjoy eating outside rather than creating one for myself.
