For this Sunday’s episode, I am preparing another filipino favorite - Fish Steak tagalog
Check out my version of Fish Steak. Filipino Fish Steak is the Fish version of Bistek Tagalog, which is also known as Filipino Beef Steak. This dish is simple and easy to prepare

Boneless fish or boneless bangus are for me very easy to cook straight to the pan cuz it's previously prepared with salt,pepper and garlic,sold from the frozen section of some groceries.

watching from North America, what an inexpensive, and nutritious dish you made Sir Goma , I'll surely try to cook it someday, but the availability of bangus in my area is the problem. I love watching your cooking vlogs.. simple yet entertaining ....
