Really like this guy. Wish he never got injured. He’s a top 5 pick for sure. Unfortunately those injuries will only hurt him in the draft but it could also send him to a great situation like Minnesota or Oakland.

He won’t be left that late I mean it’s possible but I don’t think his injuries are gonna play that big of a role I think lots of teams need qbs we should get him early then get right tackle in second round tackles are deep in this draft maybe penix at 13 Roger rosengarten at 44 he could be a day 1 starter and he already protected penix in college

I think the Patriots would be a great spot for Penix, and they should channel their inner Belichick to do it. The ideal scenario would be if the Giants would trade up to #3 (Maye?). Then they could trade the #6 pick to Minnesota (McCarthy) and pick up #23 in the process. Denver would be willing to move up to #11 (Nix) if they think the Raiders might jump over them. Then they could grab Penix at #12 while picking up extra picks (and at least one extra 2025 1st rounder). If neither the Broncos or the Raiders are willing to move up, they know they'll be able to get Penix later in the round. The Patriots can grab an OT there, or trade back a few spots if someone is worried they might miss out on their guy. With the right trades, the Patriots could come out of day 1 having drafted three players, a 2025 1st round pick, and few bonus picks later on.

For some reason he’s seen as the bottom qb of the first round guys the 6th guy I don’t see that at all hoping he falls to 16 and the Seahawks can get him seeing as we just hired his head coach as are offensive coordinator if not I’d love to see him in Vegas either way.
