Huge Pabo fan. Loved him in American Gods, and super excited for him to be Master Chief. It breaks my heart as a fellow Canadian that he is a Jets fan, as I'm a Dolphins fan. Still a great dude regardless of NFL affiliation.

He’s getting so much hate for his role. Yet he is amazing he really is! I had goosebumps the entire time he was in scene. I’m so glad they didn’t make it like the game though. It could have only gone so far. Yet people are so mad. Not really sure why. I’m excited for every episode. I’m glad he took his helmet off. It created a feeling towards the character that has never been felt before.

@@Wood-In-My-Eye Big fan of halo back in the bungie era. They made masterchief more sympathetic and human at the beginning of the show. In the games masterchief was more combat driven and following orders kinda guy. It made not effing sense the way they portrayed Masterchief in the tv series. In the games masterchief became a bit more human when he`s relation with cortana grew and meeting with lasky. Now the show has great action sequences and good looking effects. But in terms of character development its utter crap.

Pablo is fantastic. Been a huge fan since The Wire. As a fan of Halo I was unsure about the helmet reveal, but I think it works really well. Pablo's biggest asset is his likeability and it really comes through the moment he takes off the helmet.

Why? The whole illusion of me being Master Chief extends to the games cause you can control him, thats the benefit of the medium. I have read the Fall of Reach and see Master Chief as a character with backstory, not a faceless avatar to immerse me further.

He was the best thing about American Gods. When he died in that show i was so angry. Im a PlayStation guy never been a halo fan really but i gave the show a shot. I enjoyed it and then they did the reveal and now i will not miss an episode.

One of the hardest working actors in the industry, well done.i Respect the show......and pablo, being the master chief isnt a corporative resolution; when cortana stayed behined we can see his worries and becoming a rouge. At the start of the show we can see this. We are talking about a hero who is loyal to his humaine values....

Season 1 was a little bit rough especially the CGI however, season 2 has been amazing. They finally got the budget needed for the CGI. They got an interesting story and I like that they went their own direction

Pablo is a bad dude. Did not know he was master chief in Halo. I may have to watch it now more than I already wanted to watch it , though I haven’t gone above and beyond to watch it. But this attracts me more. Loved him in den of thieves. But not sure if he can play halo in high school if he graduated in 2000. 🧐. I played halo in high school and I graduated in 08’. Maybe the original halo was in 98? Halo 3 was 06-08ish

The Halo Universe, Games, and Lore are Amazing! The Halo Show is fantastic, i cannot wait for Thursday morning at 1am, is when I watch the Halo Show, I watch it early and each Episode Often! I and my kids are Massive Halo Universe, Lore, and Gaming Fanatics, for the last 20 years and Counting! 343 Industries and Paramount+, thanks for bringing The Halo Universe to the Show Screen!

He is lying. He never played Halo after school… unless it was college or graduate school. He was born in 1978, Halo Combat Evolved came out in 2001 with the original Xbox. Great show I honestly do love it and have gotten goosebumps at times as I remember playing Halo as a young man. I think he is a great Master Chief, by the way.
