I think Richie is soulful, when he talks about his music he's sincere & authentic, you see it. His guitar playing is stellar & lyrically he's so poetic. When Aftermath of the Lowdown came out I was caring for a very sick husband & trying to get my child through college knowing I would be doing it all on my own very soon but when I had a moment I would listen to this cd, it helped me cry & release so much of what I was holding in, it made me smile & feel good also. Now its 2021, I'm widowed, daughter married & I still listen & love this music even more. RS is brilliant, hes authentic, hes talented as hell & we need more of his music. I hope to hear it soon. Now in my 60 's I am in a much happier place today & back to being my free spirit self, this record has taken on a new meaning now that I'm on the other side of things but I will never forget what his music did for me back then. I am a forever fan of Richie Sambora & his musical magic!!

Sambora and Eric Clapton had a large part in my life to become a guitar player, I have both with idols, never stop Sambora, we need you. Hugs from all fans in Brazil and the world. Make a beautiful song, like all you have done and move us back, the world is in need of good music, we are in need of your voice and your guitar. God be with you.

All the people taking a dig and saying Richie is drunk clearly non of you know the guy and on top of that clearly don’t know that he and David Bryan were the wild ones in the band Bon Jovi both are eccentrics yeah Richie had alcohol problems in the past but for his daughter and what happened with heather he cleaned himself up he is just is an eccentric character and loud most early interviews shows that bounce studio interviews show he is loud and eccentric Jon was always considered the shy guy of the group clearly hardly any of you know this band well enough if you did not know that anyways peace out also richies guitar playing still remains top class and unlike Jon he still got his voice and many would say his voice was always better than JBJ if Jon was not the pretty boy he was he would never have got that far Eddie van halen even said what JBJ is like as a person and so did Sebastian Bach I would trust people who have known Jon not the act he put on when in front of camera.

@paulkinman29393 жыл бұрын
I’d say so. Couldn’t really hold a conversation and very easily distracted, mumbled words and took ages to set up the amp. Looks like he was about to pull the lead out of the guitar whilst it was still on full volume before just as the video was cut
@johnrobert33663 жыл бұрын
People really saying Richie is drunk just because he acts the way he does that’s just his personality he as always been a loud one watch the interviews but at end of day this guy is way better than what Bon Jovi is today but I dont believe he is drunk I think he is actually at his best in life think about his daughter graduating that’s a pretty good sign he cleaned up his act for family etc

My first thoughts when I saw this video was richie looks very frail, not healthy looking. He’s my all time favorite guitarist. When he left Bon Jovi that was the best move he could have made. Without Richie Bon Jovi is a no name band. I agree also. Richie could out do jon in the vocal dept any day. If u listened to Jon’s demos before he became famous it was horrible. Richies parents lived in point pleasant Nj not far from me. Jon is just about the money and fame. Richie was and is about the love of music and his fans. Richie when u come back to Nj u better hit the tiki bar and perform once again. Don’t forget us in Nj even though this state sucks. Lol.

Careful Richie man. Any new riffs you play will be open for viewing by Jon and he might just have his phil x cronie figure out how to play it, and make it to a song for him.
