dressier shoes + clothing: 1. The wingtips and oxford are fine 2. Double monk straps (or you can opt for the Taft Monk sneakers which also look great + are a middle point in dapper and street wear) These can be paired with any pair of jeans or chinos and raise a casual outfit 3. a good versatile watch 4. Chelsea boots. I found that leather looks more dressed up than sneakers but any boot is fine. timberlands aren't really as dressy as wingtip boots 5. well fiting polo to show those gains 👍

I sometimes like to match my flannels with my sneakers if they have over two colours on the sneaker. Fire look if u have simple straight colours underneath and on your pants/trousers. Simple
