I saw them already 3 times. The problem is, when you see them live, this will be the happiest, most epic joyfull thing in your life, everything that comes after that will never be again so phenomenal. When the concert finishes, you know you this was the peak of your life.

I have seen them just a couple of weeks ago in Berlin at the Olypiastadium. To be honest, this is probably the biggest live music show on the planet. Lots of pyrotechnic for 2 hours and 15 minutes, a stage in dimensions 60 meters wide, 30 meters deep and 35 meters high and every concert with 60-80 thousand fans sold out immediately. I like yr Rammstein's reactions for a lot of reasons, but namely because you transmit perfectly the sensations that we all have when we saw and ear their videos, songs, performances, Till's voice, keyboards, guitars, metal and symphonic musics. This is how you start a concert. (nevermind a tour) I was there......I had no idea who/what Rammstein was, other than Du Hast, maybe....I was in the balcony, and my sunglasses melted. The girl in front of me pissed her pants, orgasm'd and then passed out. The heat was palpable, and I was in the upper tier. I believe it's pronounced "Ramm-LIED." I didn't know any of the lyrics.......yet.......it was the best show I ever saw. Didn't understand a word of it.......one of the best nights of my life. THE POWER! It was mesmerizing .Yes, when Engel played at the end. And then they bowed to us.

Saw them live in Johannesburg in 2011. The show was similar to the MSG concert and when the base dropped and Rammlied started, it felt like your heart was going to jump out of your chest. I saw them almost a week ago in Oslo, we were traveling only for a weekend to finally see them live. I am from Germany, a fan of Rammstein vor almost 20 years and in Germany its practically impossible to get tickets. It was the first time I saw them live and I still tear up, because it was such an awesome experience. We were partying so much, it was brilliant and absolutely fulfilling. He used the mouth light in the music video for "ich tuh dir weh" and the cable went through a piercing in his cheek, but apparently it would get infected a lot and was really bothersome. So I totally get the use of the cable bc imagine having to pull the cable out after this song every time.

Saw them when I was 15 or so (it was my 1st concert ever). Now, after 8 years, I will finally get to see them again in September and couldn't be more excited. It was the most amazing show that I've seen and all the other concerts I've seen after were pretty plain compared to Rammstein.

You say this is a band that has perfected its craft, and that is the point. I've heard people say that some songs are 'simple', whatever that means. Even if they are, this is a band with no weak links. Each of them is a master musician, and then there is Till! Everything is just so tight - awesome band

Great reaction. I have seen them live 9 times so far from 2004 to 2022. This song was their opening song during the LIFAD tour. Sadly they cut off the entry part in this live video. First the 2 guitarists burst out from a hidden wall on each side of the back og the scene. Then Till is using a blow torch to cut a hole in the back wall and knocks out the wall. A cool entry like Darth Vader did in Star Wars.

Seen Rammstein live 2 times, last time in Rotterdam, going to see them later this year in Groningen. As a non native yet very much fluent German speaker I thought to give a translation of the lyrics to this song. Translating the nuances and often double or tripple meanings in the lyrics is very challenging since Mr. Lindemann is a poet, songwriter and artist in a language that is brimming with words sounding alike that are rhimed to converge, confuse and / or redirect meaning. I probably photographed well over 500 performances as a music photographer and when anyone asks me who was the best band to photograph, I say Rammstein without hesitation.
