It is just a regular pair of ramones inside. Someone removed the sole and it even had the drkshadow marked on the sole inside.

nah but use acetone because if you apply heat it can melt the shoe

Love these so much! Have had them in transparent version and all black high version, and indeed transparent ones did not age well and it's such a shame because I find this chunky sole to be very well complemented by clear material

i'm surprised you said these are more comfortable than mainline ramones because i've heard before that these are uncomfortable, I hope I get the chance to try them on in the store. Great review as always!

Hey man! Thank you so much :) I was referring to the impact absorption cuz usually ramones feel more low to the ground and have less of a cushioned feel with a stiff outsole😅 The abstracts have a thicker cushioned sole wrapping the ramones, so when walking, it feels more comfortable impact wise than the regular ramones. I’m not sure how it fares after a days worth of walking, I’ll have to test it out :)

Hi, after 4 hours of walking in the same Ricks, I have a very sore shin. I do not know if this is normal? I used to always wear running shoes, maybe I'll get used to idk

I've got a pair of jumbo lace ones, low. These are my first really expensive pair, really hard to break through, as for me, who had worn only soft material sneakers, as some nn adidas, or court royales from nike, I've heard a leather ones are better when you wear them. They be pretty heavy btw, but damn look really dope.

Hey man! The abstract jumbo laces grew on me, since everything is exaggerated on that pair, it’s really sick! Ahh yes, transitioning from sneakers/ runners to Ricks can be unforgiving in terms of comfort. Leather would definitely break in and mould better to your feet. Yes the abstracts are still heavy, but I thought it would be way heavier cuz they looked super bulky😂

@@shawnsylabol whats your oppinion on geobaskets? Worth investing? Idk im just hyped on my first pair of ricks, but i don't want second pair of ramones, at least, for now, just wishing for some diversity. I likely switch my oppinion between other brands too, rs antei, for example, maybe some rocks, but also them baskets. Just wanna be aware about amount of comfort id get wearing those, as well, how good are they for tough weather

I think it’s weird, because it is essentially a no brainer to buy the abstract version and once the sole has been worn enough, with a little help you can make yourself a normal pair of Ramones. Makes manufacturing much cheaper for sure, but if people are brave enough, you don’t have to buy two pairs, just one.
