I'm reading coach Pittinos latest book and I've read all of his books. He is such smart guy and gifted. He started out at 5 star basketball and the powers that be saw the smarts he had however he stresses in his books that with hard work you can accomplish just about anything.

I'm glad coach changed his mind about not coaching again and came to Europe. This year may not be going smooth like the previous one, but for the second time Rick was given a team that wasn't performing well and everyone expected to change it in weeks. He can't do magic. Hope next year, starting from scratch we'll see what he can do .

He knew, no doubt. It’s the job of the head coach to know everything that goes on in his program, and I believe he did indeed know everything . The powers let him off light because he’s a hall of famer. He is a great coach, no doubt, but he has a history of lots of unethical behavior. Look it up. He wrote the book for money and to try and spin all his indiscretions.

Rick Pitino committed eight NCAA violations, then misled the NCAA, and it was bad enough and ugly enough that the NCAA recommended the school disassociate itself from him. This was in 1977. Pitino was an assistant at Hawaii.

I guess they said to Dan before hand:... “ just softballs...” this was a lame interview...

I believe him 100%. Do you really believe a successful coach would condone strippers, etc? Come on. Someone who is as successful as Pitino. Come on. I have a bridge to sell you. Next, Pitino has to cheat to land a recruit? At Louisville? Shoe deals. Give me proof. There is none. Don't you think someone on the other end of relationship would have info? It's all political. I am not a Louisville or UK fan. I have no axe to grind. I don't have any reason to support him whatsoever. Call it like I see it.

idk that he was really the problem, haven't seen anything to prove it anyway... got railroaded for sure, I'm not saying he's completely innocent tho what he says seems to be reasonable / then again they call it plausible deniablity for a reason. Either way incredible basketball mind HOFer in my book

A couple of those days he would wake up at 5: 30 in the morning do some exercise go get his coffee do all this coaching for the day and then he would go to a bar and do that lady on the table after hours. But for the most part his routine as he described it in the video was accurate and I wish Rick all the best and hope he can coach again I think UNLV should hire him

I never really hated pitini for leaving kentucky. Wjen he left and recruited mercer and McCartney and derek anderson. I was instantly a celtics fan. Wished him well. But to think he didjt know about things is ridicules. He delegated all that and tolf peoppe i dont want to know anything never mention it again.

Rick Pitino probably wakes up at 5:30 PM, because that means the sun is almost down, almost he has probably never seen his reflection in a mirror

Too many scandals. Great coach. College football and basketball are the filthiest, hiding behind the facade of amateur status. Hilarious.

Joe J a lot of people believe him, dumbass. He’s making 50 mil a year and he’s one of the greatest NCAA coaches of all time, he doesn’t need to extort players or give them money to recruit them
