I love classical music so much.... Know a lot of composers and music. So enjoy the journey. One of my big favorite is: Smetana's - The Moldau, I love when moldau when through a village with dance... and in the early morning - the hunters/the horns are great. I also love: edvard grieg - Per gynts travel is my favorite - Solveigs song and the morning awaking is great. Together with my family - I have seen your travelling videos on KZfaq. We love everything from the cousine, the history of the land/town and sightseeings... I have visit Germany, England, Czech, Norway, France etc.

Oh I am weeping of joy! I see the Human Kind History built in Love. I see God Made our World with care and Humans instead of fight and wars, they Seattled down and foumded a Home.., they protected it too . But I see Love in Our History. I love watching Rick Steves period. He is such an amazing guy with such an incredible knowledge of history, art, food, and ways to travel smartly. I’m going to Europe in June with some family, and we’re visiting Germany, Austria, and Switzerland. It has been a dream of mine since I was young to go to Europe

Since now I am watching Rick Steven journeys of Europe as well as others countries on a Laptop , & can see a larger vista of people, scenery, etc & now this melodious musical journey of Romanticism expressed through western classical music of the 19 Century I am able to appreciate the video of Rick Stevens with abundance . By chance I have the good fortune of knowing all these musicians having have read the actor Mr. Anthony Hopkins compilation on Westerm music.

I'm dead impressed. If this is the quality of a hobby Orchestra in a town in Washington State the notion leaves me wondering how many people live in that town. Neither Rotterdam nor Amsterdam can claim a regular volunteer symphony Orchestra. Let alone one of this quality

This is a lovely show, and I think it will be useful in my 4th and 5th grade music classes! I wish they had played an uncut version of The Moldau, though. The peasant wedding part is charming, and that wasn't included.

I would love to work for him as well. It’s been a dream of mine to travel to Europe since I was little. I have met Rick Steves a few times at a travel show. He’s really a nice guy with a great passion for travel and teaching. I work at a grocery store, and there is a customer of mine who is from France. This customer of mine and I always talk French. The French are very nice people with a great personality

Impressive local volunteer orchestra - a nice jaunt through Europe. Europe has so much to be proud of and to preserve - don't give it away on a silver platter. The Cultural Marxists would like to see Europe bereft of all her pride and her spirit to fight, wracked by guilt because "not diverse enough". Europe has enough diversity - look at all the nations and cultures and peoples! The Cultural Marxists want to see a bland porridge of mixed and undifferentiated worker drones easily ruled.

I didn't want to skip the content but I was wonder if it concludes to Dvorak's "New World" Symphony which would be more appropriate than the Beethoven's piece here. It is a romantic (national) symphony that makes America proud since 1893. When they asked Dvorak "to write something" the aspirations were the same. And Dvorak took all the musical inputs brought by European immigrants, he took the black spirituals, he took all the noise and the spirit of New York, he took sound and the tempo of his beloved trains, he took a thunder over the Great Plains and wrote a stunning piece that definitely belongs to this set. We are not jealous, No.9 in E minor is all yours ;)

Dennis : Within 35 years, all the Boomers & older (Greatest, Silent) generations will be dead (or almost gone at 88+) & all of Generation X will've retired (youngest will be 68, born in '84). There are comparatively few western European Millennials (Generation Y born 1985-2004), most of whom have been taught in school to be ashamed of European culture. If any orchestras remain there, they'll be full of East Asians & Eastern Europeans; not that that's a bad thing in itself, simply sad that it's necessary.
