Hi, if your an intern in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics I would suggest start with some basic reading a bit of Begg, andrew, mbt. Once you understand the philosophy and mechanics you will have the knowledge to choose urself what is best. Finally it's your knowledge , a prescription is only a means to achieve.
