I was on a journey across the continent in a motorhome after having quit my career of 30 years in social work when I visited the Agape Center in Culver City, CA, and bought Rickie's album with this song on it. This song sounded like it was written for me at that exact moment in my life, as I was starting to think I had made a huge mistake, giving up my stability and my home and setting off on what seemed like a fool-hardy adventure with no plan -- I was feeling lost and alone without purpose. This song was spot-on and helped me to see there was a bigger picture -- a higher purpose playing out and it would all fade into God as I "remembered to remember" that "inside my pain is the seed of my strength". Transformative message!

This has always been my most favorite and re-anchoring songs of Rickie's! Whenever I need to remember my truth, I play this song and let it caress my soul!

"...is the Seed of something greater than me..." Wish I could send this to all who are in fear. And so it is, Amen.

"In my pain, there inside my weakness, is the Seed of Something GREATER IN ME...and the shame of not choosing higher, and all the disappointing moments...ALL fades into God" ---This may be my FAVORITE song by you, Rickie...definitely the one that most positively affected my life! I first heard it in 1997 at a very low point in my life and it REDEEMED me and gave me a New Start with my Self and my Children. ---THANK YOU!!!

I will go before you and will level the mountains; I will break down the gates of bronze and cut through bars of iron. I will give you the treasures of darkness, riches stored in secret places, so that you may know that I am the Lord, the God of Israel, who summons you by name. - Isaiah 45:2-3
