I bought the Ricmotech Sim Chassis Plans back in the day with a follow-up to a VRC1000 all based on your reviews. Your channel is a great asset to all who enjoy the hobby, I now enjoy my P1-X with Fanatec drive and wheels.

Super helpful review. Thank you. Was thinking of purchasing these pedals, but they are probably not for me and the review made that clear. Thoughts of the care and maintenance required for “professional” level pedals is just not what I have time for. Though I am lucky enough to have a reasonably high end sim-rig it is there to relieve stress not cause it. Very seriously, I do appreciate the advice - my life is such that simracing can’t be come my “job”, at least not for a decade or so.

Im looking at these. Currently on Sprints what Im curious to know is how hard are they to setup? The blinking light stuff sounds a bit out of date. I reached out to Ricmotech and all I got back is watch the Simpit videos kinda makes me worried about ordering 3000$ pedals and get no support. Have you tested the brake bias switch they sell on top of the pedals? How is the durability of the Hydraulic system? Most Hydraulic pedals leak making me anxious of own a set. My other short list pedala are the Simtrecs and the Imsim telento. I just wondered if its worth going from loadcell to another loadcell with just a higher price tag.

All the hydraulic pedals reviews highlight leaking, including reviews of the older gen of these. What is your experience?

Ripoff... Ricmotech aint nothing but con artists... 1600... give me a break and then on top of that you have to pay extra for shit that should come with the pedals at that price! No thank you being "professional" doesnt mean gouging people

Expensive sure but not ripoff they are comparable with simtag on price but to expensive for me I’ll stick with my sprints
