Dear, dear Rico - a man after God's own heart! So greatly loved by the Lord - and by countless others all around the world! The blessings we have received through your ever-faithful ministry over the years are incalculable! We pray and know for certain that the Lord will bless, guide and lead you in all his way ahead. Rico - we are so sad to hear of your departure, from All Souls, and I do thank you for your willingness to be of service to our three sons, now neighbours of All Souls, and having met you and your team. They are all sad to hear you will not be around, and look forward to more news of you! Blessings to you and the family, and to Grace.

An end of an era. I wish all the best to Rico and clarity of direction to Grace. Both have been instrumental to my own faith journey and no amount of thanks can suffice although I will use even this opportunity to express my gratitude. May the Lord continue to employ them in His service. All Souls, however, will have a hard task ahead. My hope for the "younger man" who comes in is to rekindle the outward focus of evangelism i.e. church-to-people and not people-to-church. However, I am not keeping my hopes up on this front.

I give thanks for the ministry of Rico and Lucy Tice. I give thanks for the ministry of All Souls Langham Place. I give thanks for the ministry of Christianity Explored. I pray that the Lord will continue to use his servants to proclaim his gospel of wonderful good news and hope for all in London and beyond for many years to come.

Sad news indeed, but praying that you, Rico and your lovely family will continue to be blessed, and be a blessing, in the new role you will undertake. You've been an inspiration and a great help over recent years.
