With a maximum stitch speed of 1,000 stitches per minute, this machine embroiders everything from caps and bags to knits and more. With its 3x production power, you’ll boost productivity like never before. Speaking of productivity, the 20-needle advantage will give you more options for pre-setting needles and threads. Not to mention it allows you to calibrate needles for small lettering. That way, your set-up time in between projects is dramatically reduced.
Designed with an extra-large embroidery area of 20x14 inches per head, this machine provides more room to increase embellishment on mass production or detail-oriented orders. Meaning, you can work with any garment regardless of the size or quantity. And if you are embroidering on small garments, the slim sewing arm is perfect for improving embroidery performance on small items or tight garment areas, like a cap or shirt cuff.
Speaking of caps, you can embroider any cap from ear-to-ear (and up to 3 inches high) with the exceptional 270-degree cap rotating system. And, to achieve a 3D puff design or tough structured hat, the built-in adjustable presser foot helps reach outstanding results while also accommodating garments of all thicknesses.
With comfort and facility in mind, the machine’s body was designed with a wider and larger clearance area - this advantage allows embroidery on bulkier items, like duffle bags or Carhartt jackets. It also comes with an optional mighty hoop for improved embroidery on thick materials. This mighty hoop is magnetic, helping cut down time and prevent hoop burns during the process. And for increased stability on large, heavy items (and high stitch counts), a sash frame (72x14.4 inches) with a flat table is also included. This will help keep the garment in place and stable during the entire process.
The High-Definition True-Color 8-inch LCD touchscreen display allows you to upload any designs via USB, eliminating the need to connect the machine to a computer. It makes the machine fully functional as a standalone unit. However, you can still connect the machine to the computer wirelessly (via Wi-Fi).
This system comes with a storage capacity of 20 million stitches (or 200 designs) while keeping files organized with its file management system. The user-friendly mechanism even allows you to customize your color palette on the panel to quickly boost efficiency. That means you’ll have the colors of your choice already set prior to starting a new project.
The panel’s pre-set hoop option allows you to center your garment to ensure the design stitches within the hoop area. It also includes a one-step tracing feature that helps ensure the design never hits the hoop in the process. Additionally, the contour tracing option allows you to visualize exactly where the design will stitch prior to stitching. Also, for repetition purposes on high-production runs like patches, you can copy and paste a single design using the design repetition function. This ensures reduced set-up time and allows all patches to be done in a single run.
For on-demand projects, the onboard lettering system provides you with over a dozen fonts to choose from. It also comes with auto-digitizing capabilities for names and numbers.
