After going over the materials we’ll need, the first thing we do is flatten out our garment. Then, we take our Embroiderer’s Helper and use it to plot out where we want our logo to be embroidered. Once we have one polo marked up, we then hoop it using our C-Hoop.
Next, we take our first polo to our embroidery machine. After choosing our design from the control panel we input our preferred settings for this project. Then we trace our design to make sure that it comes out perfectly. Having completed those steps, we embroider our first polo!
Next, we repeat this process for the rest of the polos. To save time while the machine is working, we mark our next polo and prep it for embroidery. Throughout the process, we also tell you a little bit about Garmeo, our sister company. Finally, we prep our bulk order for shipment.

I would love to see videos with bulk orders on beanies, and regular long sleeve shirts. I am looking at doing government contracting and they do buy bulk items.

Good evening, I have the Ricoma em 1010 and the question I have is what is the average size should a three letter name should be when adding to a vest, I’m trying to make sure that the lettering is not to small or not to large. I can’t find this answer on any of the KZfaq video. I hope you can help me with this question. Thank you an advance

Did you need to reset the design or anything on the panel/screen after each shirt? I feel like I need to reset the hoop for the next shirt in order for it to be centered. I’m using the MT1501

If it’s the same design, the hoop automatically goes back to the starting point so you would only need to load the hoop and press start
