Any tips if bike wont Crank Flip? Would it be bottom bracket, sprocket, driver or chain problem? or mix?

Mark Twomey mix of chain being to tight and bb not spinning good. If your cranks spin make sure you scoop the front foot it's will make a big difference

I can actually Crank Flip pretty well, it used to be one of my favorite tricks about 2 years ago and my bike hasn't been able to do it since! I tried switching out the necessary parts at one stage and there was a short period when everything was running fine but this was short and then poof!! Cranks always get stuck at 1/4 or 1/2 rotation.
