This song reminds me when my Clio and I found each other. She was under a tree with four mismatched wheels, engine ticking, she was going thru a hard times like I was. I was a mess when I found her. I was at my end, when I saw her. I spent everything I had to have her. Been five years now, and she's a diamond now to me. Always will be. And god meant for this meeting to happen. I was done, I was ready to quit. God knew what I needed and he helped me. Now, five years later, she's a awesome car now and my life is back on track and greater than ever. Thank you. When I hear this song , it shows me the struggle that ended beautifuly

I love the song very much! Back in 1980 I bought a 1970 fastback, just the shell, no engine, no motor, no suspension, no interior. I put it back together & drove it up until 1990. I used to be wild child, doing crazy stuff, like trying to outrun the police, drag racing. My 3 children were young at that time. I thank God that I was given many 2nd chances, & owe it all THE MAN UPSTAIRS. Just like the Mustang, I was restored & still work in progress! It brought tears to my eyes. Thank you for such a great song! Sir.

Just ran across this song, it actually describes my life since I've been restoring classic Mustangs from inoperable hulks to hi performance show cars for 30 years and have done several 69 and 70 Mach1s and a couple Boss 302s.... currently building a 70 Pro street Mach1 into a Boss 429 .... so I can identify with this song and the message!!

This song rings so true for me. My Uncle spent 20+ years restoring a mustang. He lived and dreamed it. Ironically, it looks identical to the one in this video. I wish I could share a photo of his car.
