Then the car turning in front of him? He's doing 69 mph in a 45 mph zone. All of that is on him. Even though the guy on the bike is an idiot from starting crap he didn't have the guts to finish. I love it when bikers are lane splitting, and they get all mad every time someone switches lanes in front of them. It's the bikers who should pay attention, not the drivers. As a rider myself, I am fully aware that lane splitting is not fully legal and that it's drivers' goodwill to let me through. P.S. the blue car, in the one but last clip, did nothing wrong. When both rider and that Mitsubishi approached the roundabout, the blue car was already on it.

9:16 Not sure what this is about. UK Highway laws say cars should give way to vehicles on the right, ie the purple car should yield to the blue car. In fairness, the blue car is completely lacking any kind of caution in case the purple car doesn't stop, which is pretty dumb, but if there had been a collision, it's likely the purple car is found at fault.

Purple rider. Defo a UK clip. The blue car on the roundabout was not in the wrong. Its give way to the right and there was nothing coming straight on so it was the blue cars right of way. More so because they were already committed to the roundabout. Unless I'm missing something else going on.

It would be awesome if there was commentary to explain to people WHY this stuff happens. A non-rider or new rider might not know... First 40 seconds...yes, don't merge and try to pass someone on the right that's already started changing lanes. Why didn't the truck come over sooner? Because he's one of the few people that knows you're not supposed to cross that solid white line. Bikes can accelerate quick, so you can easily slip into a spot that a driver JUST checked and it was empty. Don't merge and right-pass a vehicle that's already initiated a lane change, complete with signal and everything. They're looking in 10 different directions, and are likely trying their best. Don't make it harder for them. It's like stepping in front of a train and complaining it hit you.... The truck did everything right...including seeing the bike in a difficult situation, AND not crossing into them until they were almost stopped and the truck KNEW he could make his turn because the bike changed his mind and was no longer going to overtake on the right. Truck gets a big win if you ask me... That rider's essentially invisible to anyone in front of him...look at his shadow. Anyone in front of him is staring directly into the low sun. 28 seconds....the SUV is making a lane change, and appears to be signaling...Sees the bike exactly when the bikes shadow is in line with his mirror.....he was likely looking, but wasn't able to see the bike. Whoa, why did he pull out in front of me...whoa, why did he almost change lanes into me? They're looking...they just can't see you. Be aware, ride according to your environment. New riders, don't put yourself anywhere that makes it MORE difficult for other drivers to see you. Look at your shadow and ask yourself, "Where's the sun?" Be safe everybody...

Yes drivers should be looking out for cars and motorcycles, but at the same time a motorcyclist has to assume the car driver does not see them and must anticipate cars cutting them off. Because in a car vs motorcycle collision the car wins every time, and getting pissed off at the driver not seeing you does nothing.
