I’ve had my 2024 pro4x for about 10 months now and still no regrets. I actually like more and more each time I drive it. It’s a handsome pickup even in its stock form. The only change I’ve made is to get bigger tires but kept the stock rims. I upgraded to the 265/70/17 tires which gives it a little more height and fills in some of the space under the fenders. Thanks for the review and reassurance that I made a great purchase. Btw the gray color is the best imo.

@@jfiji5964 it’s a pickup truck targeted towards men so they didn’t offer punk or purple. Red is probably the closest they offer for the more feminine drivers. As long as black and grey/silver are available I think most guys are good with that.

When the pro4x navara body came out, i was really inlove with it but I hated the interior.. but a friend told me that even if it is an old interior, it will grow in you overtime.. then I got my VL4x4 last 2023. I was really happy happy with it since the moment I got it. Now with the updated interior, it is nice but I will choose the older design over new since there are more storages and cup holders which is very useful for me

So far, dmax pa dn first choice ko sa pick up. Ang smooth ng ride. Hndi maingay makina unlike navarra. Nahihinaan ako sa navarra pag humahatak unlike dmax. Ranger wildtrak naman sobrang sarap idrive. Kaso overall, dmax.

SIR LEVI, sana malagay mo important bad feature of the puck ups, iba ang size ng spare tires with no original mags. Steel mags ang nilalagay. Bad experience with Ford Wildtrak when left rear tire blew out and mags got damaged. Size 18 all tires except spare tire 17 inch size. Problem with orig tires and mags no stock. What do I do ? May advice ka for me?

Sa Raptor ko sir pareho naman ang size ng spare tire kaya no problem. Ok din naman kung 17 yung spare mo kasi ang purpose ng spare tire is para makarating ka sa vulcanizing para mapagawa mo ang tire mo at maibalik ulit sa dati

For me, the Nissan Navara is the perfect choice and possibly the one I would choose over any other brand. Why? Because there are two major brands when it comes to pickup trucks: Ford with its Ranger lineup and Toyota with its Conquest and GRS. But if you listen to the critics of these two brands, you’ll be disappointed and confused because one is said to be sirain (though there’s no hard evidence to prove it) and the other is said to have a suspension so stiff it could break your ribs. So, between these two brands, there is one in the middle playing it safe, and that is the Navara. The exterior is perfect, though the interior was considered outdated, until now that they have sort of updated the interior, I can say that this is the best choice and the best bang for the buck. Ampogi din damitan so wala ka ng mairereklamo pa.

Okay naman kasi talaga lahat yan problema kasi sa pinoy lalo na mga toyota and ford people mahilig mag compare and palaging gusto sasakyan nila ang nakaangat, no offense especially mga toyota fanboys.. i mean in general lahat ng sasakyan magkakasakit if di mo inalagaan. Also meron din talagang unit na tinatamaan ng issues especially pag bagong labas na new model, for example triton may problema sila ngayon daming errors lumalabas sa dash.. pero para sakin kasi lahat naman ng pick up sa market natin na bumebenta is okay naman talaga, kaya nga nandyan sila para mamili tayo kung ano fit para saatin and sa pangangailangan natin, sadyang madami lang talagang toxic na tao minsan sa car community

I have to agree about doon sa 2 leading brands. Though, I think ang best choice ay yung D-max, in terms of spec sheet… you get the “fabled” reliability as well as decent tech, pero sabi ng kaibigan ko ay ang pangit daw ng exterior, something na naisip ko lang din nung sinabi na nya. Also, ang plastic ng loob navara e. (To be clear: yung sa nabili naman ng 1 kong kaibigan)

This is true, i have the latest raptor for almost 2 months now, in which I dont have any issues with. But if someone would ask me what is the best pick up I recommend for under 2m, navara will be my suggestion. It has the comfort,tech,safety, and aesthetics. I also do not understand why Filipinos keep on promoting toyota and hating other brands at the same time. You ask simple question on facebook groups and you'll get 'kung toyota yan ganto yan..' 'toyota pag nasira madali makakita ng parts' this and that.

Yung gf ko mas type niya yung old dashboard ng Navara ko kesa sa Terra nila. Mas masculine daw tingnan at syempre sa hilig nya sa kape at milk tea marami syang malagyan sa navi ko. Sabi ko palit nalang kaya kami 😆 Anyway for the asking price, sulit natong new navara compared sa competitors. If hindi kayo atat, tama si kuya Levi, next year nalang and wait for the collab product ng MitsuNissan.

Sir Levi, what brand of unichip or throttle controller can you suggest? I just bought my PRO4X 2 months ago and same din na noticeable ang delay ng gear shift from 1st to 2nd. Aabot pa ng 2,500 rpm bago mag change. Baba Tuloy ng fuel mileage pag laging ganun.

The prev 2023 Nissan navara pro4x dashboard has a middle pocket with lighter socket which is perfect for dashcam power supply. The new dashboard seems gone and it sucks if you gonna connect the dashboard going down to the center console. I don’t like this new dashboard

Why insist on a rear disc brake when the drum brake is suitable for pick ups with severe service applications? A rear brake system with brake drums is a sealed system and not prone to getting dirt to the brake components as opposed to the rear disc brakes.

@@Martingrva rear disc brakes started appearing in Chevy trucks in the early to mid 2000's as far as I can remember. As per our experience sa extreme duty sa Canadian wilderness, hindi tumatagal ang rear disc brakes especially pag loaded palagi ang sasakyan. Ang daming nag reklamo kasi madaling ma stuck ang piston ng disc brakes pag nasa likod kasi ang lahat na putik, alikabok, buhangin laging nag a-acummulate sa rear rims ng gulong. Actually, cost cutting yung ginagawa ng mga light truck manufacturers kasi mas murang gumawa ng disc brakes kaysa drum brakes. Subukan mong maghanap ng malalaking trucks na naka disc brakes ang likuran. Wala. Ang disc brakes sa harap okay lang, pero sa likod, nah!

what's wrong with drum brakes actually? it's a pick up truck, it's meant to carry heavy loads. And it should have better stopping power, I would personally prefer drum brakes over disc in pick ups. Why do you think big semi trailer trucks doesn't have any disc brakes?

this. same here, i really prefer drum brakes on pick ups, mas confident kasi ako sa pag brake especially when i always carry over 400kg of rice sacks for delivery from my farm in batangas to pampanga. pero sa SUVs disc brakes talaga. I don't see any wrong with drum brakes in pick up trucks.

HAHAHA kahit anong gawin mo sa panahon ngayon superior ang disc brakes pagdating sa performance and dissipating heat… pros lang ng drums is mas mura maintainance.. but other than that wala na. Kaya yan nakalagay sa mga pick ups for cost cutting lang 2024 na move on ka na sa old tech

Eto nanaman ang mga nagmamagaling, try to search po sa google ang advantage lang po ng drum brakes is mura ang maintainance, pero disc brakes stops 30% quicker than drum brakes.. mas efficient siya in dissipating heat and also reduces brake fading.. so mas malakas talaga ang preno pag naka disk brakes.. especially kung may karga ka sa likod and going down hill mas safe ang disk talaga kasi madaling mag cool down ang system..

Hindi na nakakatawa ung paulit-ulit na reklamo ng iba na wala ng cup holders sa dashboard. Di ko alam kung obob lang talaga sa or mema lang kasi Ang dami pong cup holders sa online sa shopee man o Lazada makakapili pa kayo ng mas matibay!

kc prang galing ref drinks mo sa old dashboard - malamig plagi nakatutok sa aircon vent ;)
