These types of builds are usually my favorite. Weird interactions and excelling at very specific things but not being able to do everything. I feel like a lot of people get hung up on some builds not being viable for everything and that keeps them from enjoying cool niche builds like this. I can't wait to burn my currency on this.

U make me remember the "Build of the Week Season 12 - Episode 3 - Jousis' Tainted Pact Forbidden Rite Pathfinder" but yours are cheaper, and melee that make it more interesting.

You can fix it with a leech flask and hitting yourself with some chaos skill. I saw similar set ups before.

There is another tech Flask mod wich gives you leech when you are hit from syndicate saw trauma self posion using it to have way better leech uptime BEcouse you leeching from yourself it works on no leech maps ( those say you cant lkeech from MONSTERS and you are not monster :D)

you are incorrect about not being able to gain charges. You are considered at max frenzy and the other two. that belt makes you gain affliction charges instead of frenzy and with how your boots work you don't lose your frenzy charges and it keeps you at max. This also means you are at perma max Affliction charges. You can check your tool tip for charges and it will just say 11/11 frenzy. 11/11 affliction. But yes you still do need to gain endurance charges if you wish to consume them for immortal call or any other consuming charge skill. but with this belt you can't use flicker strike because you dont gain frenzy you gain affliction.
