Tram 28 follows the route: Martim Moniz - Graça - Alfama - Portas do Sol Viewpoint - Lisbon Cathedral - Baixa/Downtown - Chiado - São Bento - Estrela - Campo de Ourique
These historic trams are still in use, as the Lisbon 28 tram route is completely unsuitable for modern trams, due to its numerous tight turn, narrow streets and steep gradients. Tram 28 follows a very scenic route, passing through many of Lisbon's historic districts, and provides one of the best tours of the city.

Lorsque j'étais jeune à Montréal, nous avions des tramways, aujourd'hui ils sont disparus, mais la ville de Québec tente d'en implanter un autre, cette randonnée m'a rappelé de beaux souvenirs, merci.

Esse vídeo me levou a 2014 quando fui a Portugal pela primeira vez , não fiz esse trajeto todo , mais subi e desci em vários lugares , hoje vi como é gostoso passear no elétrico é muito nostálgico. Valeu.

Para mim viajar de elétrico transporta-me à minha infância, morava num local onde o elétrico era o meio de transporte mais prático e rápido, por isso usava muitas vezes com a minha mãe. Hoje em dia viajo raramente e apenas como "turista", mas a nostalgia mantêm-se. Abraço!

@@POVTours Você conhece lugares lindos do Brasil! Belo Horizonte é uma boa cidade, mas turisticamente falando, meio sem graça, na minha opinião. Há lugares a se visitar e bonitos lugares a se conhecer, mas há outros sítios que vale a pena conhecer em Minas Gerais, estado do qual Belo Horizonte é a Capital. Ouro Preto, Mariana, Diamantina, entre outras cidades históricas, bem como cidades com outros atrativos. É um estado com muitas diferenças. Norte e sul, por exemplo, têm tradições muito peculiares, bem como gastronomia bem diversificada, além de climas opostos, seco e quente ao norte, chuvoso e frio ao sul. Claro que isso pode mudar. Estamos vivendo um período de seca bastante intenso no país todo. E eu gosto muito do meu país! E adoraria conhecer o seu! Por isso seus vídeos me encantam tanto! Grande abraço e ótima semana!

Hoje revendo esse seu vídeo eu me dei conta que me inscrevi mesmo no seu canal, qdo um dia vendo esse vídeo do Bonde 28, qdo ele sai da Pca Martim Moniz ele entra na Rua da Palma ( desde pequena sou apaixonada por Amália Rodrigues e lógico da música "Aí Mouraria"). Aí qdo vc dá o nome da rua eu fiquei paralisada lembrando da musica. Só me confirma: essa Rua da Palma é a mesma da música??? Ela fica mesmo na Mouraria?? Obrigada!!!

Oi Vera! 😀 Tudo bom por aqui, e aí? Sim, é mesmo a rua da música, a mítica Rua da Palma, que já serviu de inspiração para muitas músicas, não só da Amália Rodrigues. Pode-se considerar que sim, que fica na Mouraria, embora já fique mesmo na fronteira, para ser mais correto.

Hi Ewelina! 😄 Yes, 24E (E stands for "elétrico", the portuguese word for "tram") is also served by the vintage trams. These days there are only 5 lines using the old trams, and 1 line (Belém) with modern ones. Back in the 1960's there were 28 different routes, but with the expansion of the subway system only those 6 routes survived. Yes, you gotta ring the thingy to make it stop and open the back door 😂 Next video will be in Saldanha / Avenidas Novas, recorded yesterday 😉 Regards from sunny and often windy Lisbon 😄

Cześć! 😊 Yes, although the metro network will expand in the near future, including to some districts now served by tram 28 (Estrela and Campo de Ourique, for example), there will never be a metro station deep in the Alfama neighbourhood, for example. Or outside the Castle 😂 I'm using a GoPro 9, great with good lighting conditions, rubbish footage with low light/indoor. I'll need a new camera or an add-on to film indoors, but that can wait until winter. For now I'll be outdoors almost 24/7 😁 Bear in mind that what you see is not reflective of the camera's real quality. KZfaq doesn't stream the original file, they highly compress the videos. Straight out of the camera the footage is great, but then I watch it on KZfaq, my reaction is exactly this --> 😒🙄🙈

Watching 28 journey seemed like poor people of Estrella and Sao Bento have hills to climb every day😂 I think metro in certain places can kill a vibe so maybe thats even better it cant be placed in those historic areas ☺️ There are some good cameras out there but I always find going back to IPhone anyway 😹I would be such a bad blogger 🤪

100% agree with the metro killing the vibe. "Look at those medieval houses, and the medieval metro station with a medieval McDonalds" 😬 I'm not a civil engineer but I don't think it would be possible to have metro in Alfama, anyway. Sand in the eyes! 😂 Yes, KZfaq is evil, especially to tiny microscopic channels like mine 😂 If I had a lot more subscribers the image quality would actually be better (this is true!). IPhone is great image wise, but to get smooth footage when walking or riding crazy trams it's not an option by itself. GoPro cameras have the most advanced electronic stabilization in the market. The alternative is to use a gimbal (mechanical stabilizer, google it 😁) with the phone. That's what I'll buy for my GoPro to get good low light footage. Electronic stabilization doesn't work in low light... And this comment has been sponsored by my nerdy side 🤓😁 Better not get me started otherwise I'll be writing a thesis on cameras, light and bzdury like that 🤓

Hello! 😊 Resume the trip without paying again... hmm I'm not sure, depends on what type of ticket/travel card, some of them have no limits on the number of rides. I also think that if you have a Zapping travel card (which you should, most cost-efficient way to travel in Lisbon, other than a monthly card), you're only charged every 90 minutes, if I'm not mistaken. You can go on any E28 tram.

Olá olá Edu! 😃 O ingresso (aqui chamamos bilhete) comprado ao condutor custa 3 euros, o que é um preço bem caro, comparando com outros transportes. Mas tem esse preço para dissuadir a compra ao condutor, em que se perde muito tempo. Com ingressos pré-comprados custa €1.35, penso eu. Sim, todos têm os mesmo preço. Os pontos de partida / chegada do 28 é na Praça Martim Moniz, que fica na Mouraria, e o Cemitério dos Prazeres, mo bairro de Campo de Ourique 😊 Autocarro = ônibus. Comboio = trem. Elétrico = bonde 😁😁

Yes, that is correct. They usually work in teams of 2 and tend to target very crowded trams, usually tram 28 and 15 in the summer. The best way to protect yourself is to keep valuables in front of you, so no cameras or purses dangling from shoulders, no wallets in back pockets, etc. They are not violent, but they are very skillful. These international teams of pickpockets usually travel all over Europe in the summer doing it. 😒

Obrigado Maria! 😊 Se pagar diretamente ao "condutor" (por razões históricas o nome correto é "guarda-freios") são 3 euros. É um valor caro, para dissuadir a compra de passagens ao motorista e assim atrasar o percurso. Se tiver um cartão de viagem que credita antecipadamente (é fácil obter o cartão, toda a gente usa), o custo fica em €1.35.

Olá Fernando! 😊 Sim, este elétrico está quase sempre lotado de turistas distraidos (nos meses de junho a agosto, principalmente), e equipas de carteiristas fazem deste elétrico um dos seus alvos. Fique atento, não deixe artigos valiosos longe do seu olhar.

nous l'avons pris bien entendu au depart et aussi sur le trajet chiado de Baixa je confirme qu'il faut le prendre tot et au depart pour information de la station de metro ligne verte MARTIN MONIZ si vous voulez etre assis pour faire le trajet si vous voulez le prendre en dehors du depart bon courage toujours plein a craque en revanche les portugais e s que le prennent en cours de route comme le tram est blindé elles et ils sont mecontent e s et le font savoir tout en parlant tout haut en eux en ce qui me concerne rien d'extraordinaire un autre tramway a le meme effet sans les touristes ah oui je vous conseille la lisboa card trop bien gratuit pour le tram , metro, train
