A similar thought crossed my mind, about the means to travel often and comfortably--- but then I stifled it because I knew that it was envy rearing its petty little head. :) Someone else might say "Must be nice ..." and I think I ought to say "Glad the experience is being shared".

I wish America would invest more into its railroad systems. It was THE MODE of transportation at one time. However, now most original rail lines are run down. Bring back classy rail travel. 🎉

Railways work in Japan because it's a country of homogenous and highly intelligent people unlike diverse America with its "diverse" people who if the New York subway is anything to go by would be a terrible idea.

More accurate to say, Railways work in Japan because the infrastructure is actually built around it. The reason why the US as a whole doesn't have a strong public transport system is because corporate interests in America have actively undermined it from happening. Plenty of European nations have well functioning public transport systems, so to say its because Japan is homogenized and less diverse, is both orientalist and just racist in general.

I love your Japanese theme travel videos - it's very soothing to watch as I enjoy how clean, nice, fresh and well organized everything is down to the smallest detail. Also the Japanese style is a wonderful, visual experience for the eye, kind of fairy tale world. There is a special mood and feeling about Japan, how you manage to present and capture it, that is nerve-calming to see and experience. Thanks for your great travel video works.🙏🏻
