It may not be the most forceful invert but I love how it winds over the pathways, also the cobra roll at the entrance is iconic!

I went to ride this shortly after it opened sometime in 2005, but they wouldn't let me ride it because I had a cast. I broke my arm snowboarding in December. I borrowed someone's jacket to hide the cast and got back in line. I was able to get on the ride but when I got off the person that originally saw my cast noticed me, so I only got to ride it once. Crazy that was almost 20 years ago.

I always felt like that coaster was underrated as well. I love that park. I remember crying as a kid because I was too short to go on Montezuma’s revenge and had to watch my parents ride it while I waited with my grandmother

Unpopular opinion but this is my favorite rollercoaster in the park. The number of inversions, the amount of airtime and scenery over the lake, makes it one of the most unique rollercoasters (better than Hangtime imo). And this year is its 20-year anniversary! 🥲

Silver Bullet is one of my favorite inverts because it rides so differently. Unlike any other I've been on it gives several moments on airtime which feels so awesome on an invert. Particularly the airtime moment right before the last inversion. And I've been on every unique layout B&M invert in the US, save the one at CGA.

This was one of the rides that started my roller coaster itch cause I remember this one gameshow back on Cartoon Network called BrainRush and they did all the rides at Knott’s Boomerang which is now replaced with Hangtime, Silver Bullet and Xcellerator. I still have Knotts on my bucket list.

I don't love Knott's to put it mildly (issues with guests) but I do love Silver Bullet. Underrated invert for sure, I remember calling that "wave turn" a cutback but whatever it is I wish more inverts had elements like that. Going in I knew this ride from apperances on tv shows like Brainrush and Life After People, thought it was awesome to get to experience it for real.

I live in Wisconsin and have always called Knott's my second home park because I love it so much there. Love Silver Bullet (except for the one ride I got on it during a rare hail storm in SoCal during an ERT event at Winter Solace years ago).

Be prepared to wait 3hrs for Ghostrider, although the same line at any other Cedar Fair run park would be 45-60 mins. 1 train Ops on Xcelerator, 2 coasters down (Monte & Jaguar), no food or drink options before 11am, horrible dispatch times, and 30-45 mins food lines. You've been warned...

I thought you couldn't record while on coasters at Cedar Faire owned parks. How did you get special permission to do on ride filming at Knott's? When I went there in October 2022 they refused to let me even use my small chest mounted GoPro camera.
