The Nevis Range in Scotland is known for its amazing scenery and even better mountain biking. With that in mind, we sent Neil and Blake up into the hills to search out some epic riding.

The two battle with strong winds (at least they kept the midgies at bay!) and long hike-a-bike sections before a long rocky descent back to the warm and dry.

I miss Scotland so much (based on the south coast for work at the moment), and this was a perfect illustration of everything I missed! Blake’s appropriate happiness at the lack of the fanged clouds, the dreich weather, the epic mountains, the drainage ditches, awesome rock, even those fire road climbs from 10 under the Ben! Much as I hated them several laps in...

I really wish I can explore and ride places that scenic. Riding in Louisiana in United States is not even close to the same universe of the trails you ride😂 It's flat with the best mtb trail here around 120ft in elevation. But I've always wanted to climb a mountain and ride down it, that's what a mountain bike is born for💪

I'd go further and suggest that Dearg is pronounced almost with a 'j' in with the 'd'- so "Carn dJerag". And while I'm being a pedantic ass hat, Blake was pointing at Tower Ridge. Carn Dearg is behind his head... :-)
