RUSTAGE VLOG! RUSTAGE VLOG! Mental breakdown as I go along. The staff being dumbfounded that you organized this is so funny, thinking your dad was just another rich old person who was bringing his family along, but nope, it's just some ABSOLUTE legend in his early 20s trying to do something cool for his mother's birthday. That first train menu... 👀... Culinary brain go brrr.... Pastry for the life of me I cannot fully remember the name of the ACTUAL dish, but as many can guess, its a croissant type pastry with a chocolate filling of sorts. Had it before, soo good. MY GOD THE PRESENTATION ON THAT PARFAIT. I WAS CURIOUS so i googled. Those super luxurious rooms are over 14k USD/10k Pound, the little cabins are closer to 4k USD/3k pound, PER PERSON, BTW. Orient menu; Culinary Arts brain is Betraying me right now, but I can tell that those are 1-2 Michelin Star dishes, which at that price tag, expected. Mad respect to the hospitality staff, hard enough as is to serve a table regularly, but in a high profile train like that... BOGHHHH I could NEVER pull that off. Too hot tempered. Put me back in the Kitchen, i'll be better off in there. And those food reviews are fine. You're a rapper, not a food connoisseur and reviewer. Different skills. But you do 100% get the point across well enough. Yeahhh Train bars are a point where they normally get those extra dollars to keep staff well paid, as those tickets ARE MOSTLY put towards the owner OF the train, keeping cars, engine and tracks in a state of repair to minimize risk, therefore lowering ticket price. The only Baba I know is Baba au Rhum, which is a yeast risen cake with dried fruits and soaked in a hot rum syrup, SO I ASSUME that that was like a Passion fruit Baba with exotic fruit syrups and a whipped cream or meringue topping that had some fresh passion fruit to drive home those flavors. Thank you for bringing us along on this trip, Rustage! In the future, if we do get more of these uploads without a doubt I would watch, because that was a nice, enjoyable little video of something I would never in a million years be able to enjoy!
