Riding the outlaw Mountain Coaster in Steamboat Colorado

It’s a nice place. I shop there on the weekends. My town doesn’t have a grocery store.

As a special olympian athlete Im proud you went there because its freakin awesome and another thing seeing snow again since last time i competed wich was on 2017 i miss it so much because of my alpine skiing tournsment you sure made my day too god bless

I did the Olympic bobsled run when I was in Cortina Italy and that was amazing. I did this mountain coaster 3 years back and it was also a lot of fun too but nothing like the bobsled run in Italy. That speed was far greater than the speed of this mountain coaster but don't knock it, it is still a lot of fun to do.

I live here. Love hucking a couple snowballs at these people who ride the mountain coaster as they come under the chair lift. All good fun!

My husband and our 4 yr old rode it last summer.....little Arlo was so scared, but Pop Pop put on the brakes. It was too cold on our ski trip but will do it this summer.

Please don’t cut to the ride! Building the expectation is almost as much fun as the ride downhill. Also kids passing down are priceless.

Thats awesome!. When you work hard to afford nice things.....this is what they mean. It took money to get here, but what you received could never be bought. Skiing with the family. My best child hood memories bar none.

I wonder if the Torian Plum is still there and close by? I grew up 30 minutes away from Steamboat Springs and worked at the condos in Steamboat when I was in high school. Very high tippers back in the early 90’s.

I've been to steamboat but unfortunately that ride wasn't there at the time. My friend used to bartend at the ski resort called three saddles and that place was really cool. Went fishing and mountain bike riding and hiking in the same day and got drunk up at the bar and had a great time there. 20 years ago this summer man the time flies by.

They had a slide basically made out of concrete years ago. You got a cart with a brake. The speed was up to the rider. BUT you'd see carts off into the woods and all kinds of stuff. It was a blast but had the capabilities of hurting you. The Park Was eventually closed bc of all the lawsuits. Action Park. I believe was the name.
