knew the man when he lived on the point 1974. another world another space. the stories about catching waves from boneyards thru sunset were legend. ..heavy influence.

I just started surfing last year, i have been into spirituality for years now, in a way, that lead me to surfing, so it´s like the same thing as this guy, but in reverse.. I would just love to have at mentor like John, what a beautiful spirit he has! it´s a dream of mine to live like this.. I would be greatfull to met him one day.. Peace..

John Peck Aloha my brother the Peck model was one I allways wanted to surf never found one,As I have posted before when I surfed Swamiis nobody and I mean nobody ever surfed the perfect but shorter left for obvious reasons.Yet I would watch from the cliff perfect waves going unriddrn so I helped myself.Yes it would close out into the boneyard but wtf I didn't have to bother with the crowd eventually it got so crowded i was soon sharing it with the gathering hoards,But I HAD IT SWEET. COUNTRY

Even at his age, why should it be thought 'incredible' in seeing John's abilities while in the surf? Think less of the body and more of the mind. Our current thought models hold back the progress needing to be expressed in our lives daily...
