@@niksusa 200+ km for aluminium cylinder for cast iron way more ! Its not the best quality, so you need to be very careful and have the proper mixtures not to end up like this ! The difference in cost for me can be overcome with experience !

@@nest- yeah, we did like 150-200 km, but the cylinder was a pretty cheap and bad one, thats probably why it broke so easy

it doesn't hold up with the 70cc kit my friends broke there cylinders cause the oil pump wasn't giving enough oil for higher rpm

You can use the oil pump but then you also have to mix around 1-2% oil in the gas

Like the other comments says its always best to mix it yourself, but on my 70cc yamaha slider i used the oil pump and mixed 1% in the tank

Always premix with larger bores. the lubrication sysytem is only suitable for standard cylinder/ setup. Just mix it yourself way better. Oil pump is also known to fail quite quickly.

if you mean the clutch cable from the lever in my case the cable was too long even it was for my modell just shorten it

Yeah, it was a cheap 74cc for around 80€, i would recommend to buy a more expensive one

@@raskymoto Nää, så länge man bestyckar föggen rätt och kör in åtminstone 30 min så kan en 70cc divison hålla väääldigt länge den med, tro mig, hade en moppe med division 70cc och den höll mer än 800 mil

@@reefbmxway my 50cc stock engine derestricted does around 45mph+, i cut out the cats inside the exhaust, also 12t and 52t sprockets + main jet. If your exhaust is stock you need new exhuast or remove restrictions and need to put a bigger front and smaller rear sprocket.

Burnouten var ju efter ett par dagar plus att den redan nypt ett par gånger innan han burna, vettefan varför den skar, den rusa ju när vi starta den första gången så det kanske blev lite frestat då, eller snål blandning eller nått fel vid installationen eller nått, ingen aning

​@@raskymoto you literally did a burnout only a few days after installing the cylinder kit, it was bound to blow up but nice MRT build

I had a similar, cheap motoforce 74cc kit. It lighlty seized multiple times with the stock radiator and coolant temp up to 79 degrees celsius. After that i removed the thermostat, sanded the scratches in the piston and cylinder with sanding paper and added dual radiators from a 125 2 stroke. No problems since it has better cooling. Coolant temp max 60 degrees celsius.

Depends on what you have planned. If it's power, Anthena sport 70. If it's speed, Anthena Race 70 & for price Airsal 70. Airsal 70 is cheap but relatively powerful.

I drove an athena 70 sport for 4000 kilometers and the piston ring pin broke so the ring could freely rotate and it got eaten up. The cylinder is fine though.

there would be much more damage and cranc would have up and down movement while bearings are not moving, so it would hit the head gasket

Haha the first 74cc kit was like more of a test, but then when it broke he bought a airsal 70cc, and airsal is not that bad, and we didnt want to change the crank
