Living is the best way to honor the dead. I remember reading about how distraught all his boys were at the scene of his accident and it broke my heart. I'm sure he'd appreciate how fondly everyone remembers him. Roll forever

I had all but quit skating completely because of drugs. Heroin almost killed me. I'm stoked to he able to say that I have been sober for like 7 years now and been back on a board for 4 or 5 years. Best of luck to you homie. You got this shit.

I only got to skate SF for very short periods of time in the late 90's but watching these dudes reminds me how damn seriously dangerously fun that speed is. I still bomb the viaducts by my house but I know it's nothing compared to those hills.

The best part of watching these videos as someone from SF is how you can place yourself exactly where they're skating and know just how fucking gnarly it all is. This video is going down in the history books. This is skateboarding at it's finest, and the rewatchability here is insane. San Francisco is hectic as hell, and the tricks these guys are bangin out at the speeds they go, the whole team watchin hella homie vibes, fuck, i could go on and on. In five years if someone asks me what videos stood out in the last decade, this will probably be the only one i can mention off the top of my head
