In this tutorial, we want to point out one of the differences between rigid and semi-rigid diaphragms in ETABS. When you assume that the diaphragm is semi-rigid, the software no longer reports the center of Rigidity in its reports. Therefore, the calculation of the center of Rigidity must be a rigid diaphragm. And to obtain the diaphragm forces, you must use a Save As file from main design file.
