One of the few things I like about the Internet is just this: the possibility that a nobody girl like me, a teenager, from the US, could end up finding an amazing, singer, possibly from the other side of the world, and this could just be a 4 minute silent meeting with a complete different world, a complete different life. We probably haven't and will never have something in common, but right now we (me, him and everyone listening,) are right there. No real distance even matters anymore, and i can relate with everyone. I can feel why someone is falling in love, why someone just went listening each other video twice, why someone is just stunned by the voice, or by the eyes. I realize I can feel something that someone else is feeling, maybe in a different way but maybe not, in another place on earth. In our scale, earth is just too much. Too big, too many places to see, things to do, different food to eat, different languages to speak. But right now, in a single moment of pure mad brain freedom, I feel like this guy in this video is all my world, and the girl that knew she would be famous is me, and all the world is me and I am all the life I'll ever live. With internet I know that nothing is less important than reality, and nothing is more important than a single casual second. I love you for making me feel like that once again.
