The Anton's "nepo baby" situation is ridiculous lol,he's talented,he sings well,he dance well,he can compose and he can play an instrument plus he seems such a good person to be around so there's really nothing to complain about. These knetizen talk as if multiple idols don't come from rich and influential families who are not really that know by general public because they are famous mainly in their jobs fields...ahhh the hypocrisy really makes me mad🤡

Let's all be realistic and recognize the possibility that Anton's parents may have been a contributing factor of him getting accepted into SM. There is nothing wrong with your background/situation gives you a helping hand in landing an opportunity. But people seems to be over-fixated on that and not acknowledging that Anton is in Riize because he's a talented individual. SM is a multi-billion dollar company with global impact, they're not going to just debut someone if the talent is not there, famous parents or not.

honestly, they're swirling in alleged scandals left and right, but i find it to be a big win that none of them are minors. They're all well trained, great at dancing, 100 % visual, great at singing and seem to be very serious abt their careers like in their behind the scenes episodes, it really showed how passionate they were Shotaro: " doctor said to rest for 3 days, but I want dance, i'll dance from tomorrow" or something along the lines srsly i love them already goodluck to our boys !!

Exactly, there's no MINORS, the maknae is already a 19 years old, they just debuted in September when the maknae was already 19 and next year on March 21st he'll turn 20, thank god SM didn't gate keep him like all the companies are doing, all the members are adults and the songs given to them are very age appropriate for their age, they have a variety of backgrounds and talents, they're a well balanced group, I'm genuinely happy with them debuting, I already stan them and I've to say that I don't regret stanning them since early debut era, I hope SM again brings the change with debuting adults, more adults debuting to go with SM, fingers crossed 🤞 Edit : It's hightime when all companies start debuting idols of age 20+ or atleast adults

I recall Wonbin saying that he used to dance because he likes it and Sungchan asked him if his parents had seen him dance before, to which he replied yes but now that he debuted it was more "official". So I'm surprised that he didn't know how to dance before auditioning. He's really good, he stands out a lot.

I agree. I know the first thing that come to people’s mind about Wonbin is his visual. He’s been going viral left and right for that. But I still hope in the future he will be able to get appropriated for his talent as well. He is such a all rounder. We still don’t know about his producing /composing skills , but if he actually can write lyrics and produce songs himself he will surely be a ACE.

Anton is talented. Besides blackpink Jennie is also from a wealthy family but she has the talent and the longest training period of the members. Just because your parents have a name in the industry doesn’t mean you’re going to get to debut. You need the talent

I think it’s probably harder to be a nepo baby in kpop because parents fame and money can only go so far if that kid has 0 talent. But like also, that’s what being a trainee is for. We know SM has taken trainees with barely any talent and turned them into amazing performers. Being rich or coming from a industry family certainly makes things easier, of course. Having money to pursue interests or attend academies or just having been surrounded by the right people certainly gives you a connection. But I feel like it’s a rarity for companies to debut idols based on their family background only. No matter how many formations you try, you can’t hide a dud.

honestly, I become a BRIIZE because of Anton Lee, he is a multitalented idol, his vocal is beautiful and soft, He is a cellist, has classical music as his background, pro swimmer, and his dad said Anton composed a music for New Normal movie and he did it before debut with RIIZE. He is Handsome and tall🧡☺

Shotaro’s timeline is a bit wrong. He said he signed with SM in 2019, so he was accepted in 2019 not March 2020. However, he could not fly to Korea until the end of June 2020, because he already had a tour dancer contract in Japan, and also there was a travel ban period due to the COVID-19 pandemic.

i can't deny that anton is nepo baby. However, the media, the haters must to know Anton to debut under RIIZE in SM also have an equality with among the trainees. The competition to debut in smnbg 1:1000, each trainee must to fight each other and show their maximum potential. Then the rest of all Anton, and the members of RIIZE have proven that they are worthy to be debut.

Anton being called a nepo baby is reasonable bc his dad is a well known producer while his mom is a model/actress but i doubt they had anything to do with him debuting.. anton is very talented bro can sing, compose music, swim, play the cello, he even dances too (tho he is the weakest dancer in riize its incredible that he can keep up with them and do hard asf dances like siren 😂) and btw you used the wrong picture of anton’s mom.. that person has the same name as his mom but isnt the same person😂

You have the name of Anton's mom correct in the video, but the picture is not. The pic is another actress with the same name. Hopefully, everyone knows, or will come to understand, that ALL 7 of these young men, based on their current talents, abilities and character, deserve their place in RIIZE. In the future, we'll see more of their abilities and their growth and development. Hopefully, Seunghan will return, they'll be treated well, given the right opportunities and marketed globally. They have the potential of an exceptionally bright future.
